Being all naturally grown in our fields and continually harvested by hand, we want to make you aware that these are a bit different than the blanched white crunchy stalks you get from the supermarket.   Ours are superior for cooking - they have much more wonderful flavor, but may not have that same snap and crunch when eaten raw.
