Bursting with flavor, those of you who have had our garlic know that you cant go back to store-bought, and dont even think about that junk in a jar!
Early in the season (June, July) the garlic is not fully cured yet. As such its best to use it fresh and/or keep it stored in the fridge. By the end of July the garlic is usually fully cured and kept be kept on the counter for weeks/months (if you can resist using it all!).
You'll get two to three bulbs depending on size. Enough for a regular family's normal weekly garlic intake. For the Italians and other Garlic-nuts, you might want to grab a few servings worth!
